Warranty/After-sales Service
1. We will provide you with a 90-day warranty.
2. We test one by one before shipment, and it works 100% well before shipment. Please rest assured to buy.
3. We have a professional team to pack it very well to avoid damage, so please don't worry about the package.
4. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping cost for warranty (most buyers only need to return the problem parts, not the whole package.)
5. If you receive a counterfeit product, please replace it with a new and good one. But please make sure it has not been used and there is no artificial damage.
6. Before returning, please make sure you receive our return form and write "gift" on the delivery note. Please use ordinary post and provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
7. When you receive the package, please check the appearance of the package carefully to confirm whether there is any appearance damage. If there is damage, please do not sign for it, and provide photos of the package as well as certification documents from the local post office. We will try our best to help you solve the problem.
8. If you find that the product does not work properly, please check it carefully to confirm and contact us at the first time. The customer should pay the return shipping fee. We refuse to refund due to product damage and objective reasons caused by your improper installation.
9. Important Tips:
Please test before repair, and do not remove the mark before confirming that there is no problem with the product. If you are not a professional, please do not install it yourself. We will not provide any warranty once the buyer removes the mark.
10. If you are satisfied with the product after testing, you can install it on your machine. If you are not satisfied, please contact us in time, this is our office hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. (China working time). We will do our best to help you, thank you!
Return/Refund
1. If you bought the wrong item or you don’t want the item you bought, you can return it to us within 3-5 days, but you should pay the shipping cost. Thank you.
2. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will refund the full amount.
3. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost with appropriate packaging.
4. If the product does not match the advertisement, we will bear all shipping costs.
5. If the item is damaged by itself or the wrong product is ordered, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.
6. We will refund you immediately after receiving the item.
7. You have 7 days to contact us and return it within 30 days from the date you received the item. If you have owned this item for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. No exceptions!
